This intensive 2 day workshop, examines your business model and stimulates innovative concepts to take you and your business to its next level, and is for Business owners who are serious about the Business steps that need to be taken to keep their Business on Track and producing a serious income rather than just breaking even or working in negative cash-flow.
Using the 9 building blocks of Business, Identified by Alexander Osterwalder in his book Business Model Generation, you will spend 2 days analysing your Business and reviewing your Operating Structure. During this time you will be working alongside and brainstorming with other Business owners who are experiencing similar thought processes as yourself.
At the end of this 2 day hands-on workshop you will have achieved your own Business Model canvas and be ready to undertake any changes that you have identified during the course of the Workshop.

Monthly Group Sessions are available for those who wish to have a ‘Business Board’ to report back to for motivation and accountability…..please ask if you wish to know more about this Extra Option.

*Where an overnight stay is required you will be responsible for your own accommodation and sustenance, although we will be able to offer recommendations for you.
In-house Workshops can be conducted for Businesses that wish to involve their key members of staff in the Business Model Generation process. Please ask for costs for these In House sessions.
